I had scratched a rear panel on my "Nina Puff" when I got too close to a concrete well cover. That crunch sound was the worst! He got that awful scratch OUT, as well as other existing minor scratches and a tiny ding from various panels. The scratches from my bicycle that were on my spoiler... gone too. He even fixed a bit of damage on my bumper that was there when I bought the car. He matched the paint perfectly, which is no easy task with her shimmery white color.
